Returns or Exchange

If you need an exchange or return, no problem. Simply place a new order on our website. Our delivery driver will bring the new items and collect the old items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
